Cancellation Policy
1. To initiate services, clients must: • Submit a booking request via the designated platform (email, website form, or messaging system) • Provide a detailed project brief, including scope, timeline, and specific requirements • Agree with the proposed terms, pricing, and delivery schedule Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from the service provider. 2. Deposits & Payment Terms • A 20% DEPOSIT of the full project cost is required to secure your booking and reserve time in the schedule. Note that 50% of the initial DEPOSIT (FIRST project PAYMENT) is non-refundable. • The remaining balance will be due based on one of the following structures: o Milestone-based payments (for larger ghostwriting projects) o Full payment upfront (for smaller literary reviews or short-form work) • No work will commence until the deposit or full payment has been received. 3. Turnaround Time & Scheduling • Turnaround times vary depending on project size and complexity and will be agreed upon before booking confirmation. • Rush services may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. • Project timelines begin only after all required materials and payments are received. 4. Revisions Policy • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. 5. Rescheduling & Delays • Clients may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. • The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client input. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: • Provide clear, timely communication • Submit all required materials on time • Review drafts and provide feedback within agreed timelines Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect delivery schedules or incur additional fees. 7. Refusal of Service The service provider reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if: • The project falls outside the scope of expertise • The client violates terms or engages in inappropriate conduct • Required materials or communication are not provided 8. Agreement Acceptance By submitting a deposit and confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
